Telehealth Services

All of my services are provided via the SimplePractice platform. I require a 50% deposit for each visit (online work generates a lot of no-shows).

Initial Consult $290 (60 minutes)

60 minute telehealth appointment includes detailed record review and an included plan review (detailed plan delivered within 7 days).

Follow-up Consult $100

This option is for established patients for follow-up care or pre-operative/post-operative support. I am here for you every step of the way as part of your healthcare team and hope to establish a long-term relationship to help manage your disease.
