My Endometriosis Journey
About Me.
Nobody has the same journey with endometriosis, but I suspect you may identify with some elements of mine.

I got my first period at age 9, and by my teens I was already missing school from pain and living on birth control to stay afloat as a competitive athlete. In college, the diarrhea, fatigue, and migraines crept in—and an ER doctor was the first to suggest a word I’d never heard before: endometriosis.

Over the years I tried nearly everything: birth control, Depo, IUDs, Orilissa, acupuncture, Chinese herbs, anti-inflammatory diets, trauma therapy, yoga and Pilates. I went through multiple surgeries—some helpful, some not. One landed me in the OR for an emergency ovarian torsion. Another, with the right surgeon, gave me the relief and the chance to conceive naturally against all odds.

What changed my life most wasn’t just the right surgery or the right medication. It was finding a team who truly listened. I learned that endometriosis care has to be holistic, integrative, and above all, patient-centered.

That is why I founded this practice. I will not ask you to waste money on unvalidated tests or supplements. I will be transparent at every step. And I will partner with you to make tough decisions, build a sustainable plan, and help you trust the process—even in the face of a disease that so often robs us of that trust.

You are not alone. I am here for you.
